I’m Carolyn and excited to be the new owner of Grazin’ Gals showing my kids that it’s never too late to fulfill your dreams to become an entrepreneur! 

As a single mother with two kids at NC State and two daughters still in high school, it was time for me to leave my post-SAHM job in technology to express my life-long passion for food and entertaining by providing delicious, creative, and practical charcuterie and appetizers.

A “Cupcuterie” indulged alone, a Grazin’ Box enjoyed by a couple, a Grazin’ Board shared with family, or a Grazin’ Table celebrated among friends—charcuterie can be anything from a simple snack to an elaborate meal any time of day or night.
