Refund policy

All box, cup, and board orders that have been paid may be canceled for up to 72 hours (3 days) before scheduled delivery.  After that time we can not cancel or refund your order as we purchase produce and perishables specifically to prepare for your order that cannot be returned or refunded. 

Grazin' Tables have a non-refundable scheduling deposit.  After that deposit it paid, the remainder of the Grazin' Table cost can only be refunded if the event is canceled at least 96 hours (4 days) before the scheduled event.
